What file format shall the 3D content be submitted in?

There are several of them: fbx, obj, stl, dae, stp or step.

What is the solution if I do not have a 3D model to provide?

We collect sketches, blueprints or hand-drawn diagrams from our clients and thereby we create the 3D model with the provided resources.

What are the export formats?

The standard resolution of an imagery is 4000x4000 pixels in the format of the preference of our client: png, jpeg or tiff.

The standard resolution of a video is 1080p. Higher resolution shall be available upon request.

What is the lead time?

Imagery

With the submission of 3D models, it takes 1 to 4 days to be delivered. However, it shall depend on the complexity of the product without the submission. The modelling time takes 1 to 7 days post the usual 1 to 4 days.

Video

It takes 2 to 4 weeks depending upon the scale of the project.
